Two ways to catch new field-notes as they ship. Pick whichever fits your reading workflow — both are free, both are one-click-reversible.

Dispatch — one email per week

Weekly operator notes. What I built, what broke, what the logs said. Every Sunday. No clickbait, no guest posts, no affiliate fluff, one-click unsubscribe at the top of every email.

RSS — for your feed reader

If you live in Feedly, Inoreader, NetNewsWire, Reeder, Miniflux, FreshRSS, Fraidycat — any feed reader — copy this URL and paste it into your reader’s Add Content / Follow Source / Subscribe prompt:

https://createinnovateexplore.com/dispatch.xml

Open the raw feed → (opens XML in your browser — useful for verification)

Why not the default /feed/ URL? The server-side firewall blocks it as a bad-bot mitigation. This URL serves the identical RSS 2.0 XML on a path the firewall lets through. Your reader will never know the difference.

What to expect

  • Cadence. Roughly one essay a week. Sometimes two when something breaks interestingly. Sometimes zero when real work eats the weekend.
  • Length. Each essay is 1,200+ words with real commands, real config files, real benchmarks from the rack in my apartment. No listicles, no AI filler.
  • Topics. Self-hosting, Proxmox, Docker, networking, home automation, storage and backup, security, hardware. If you’re reading this far down the page, you’re probably the target audience.
  • Unsubscribe. One click. Either from the email itself or just remove the RSS URL from your reader. I don’t chase.

Thanks for being here. If you have a topic you’d like me to drill into, the contact page is always open.
